Mindy and Toby

As promised, here are some hot-off-the-press highlights from Mindy and Toby's wedding in Auburn, Indiana. The reception was held at the Auburn/Cord/Duesenberg Museum -- plenty of eye candy for a closet gearhead like myself. The families were wonderful -- we had a great time. What a great way to kick off the 2009 wedding season!

Acoustic Tuesdays

I've had some time between weddings (as is typical in the winter in Indiana!) so I've spent much of the last couple of months doing boring software upgrades and the like -- my apologies for the absence of new blog posts. However, I've also been able to play more music than I generally can fit into the schedule, and I've been having a great time on Tuesday nights working with three of my favorite local musicians -- Chris Dodds, Brian Lemert and Phil Potts. We play (in various combinations) from 8:30-12:30 at Bill's City Grill on Spy Run in Fort Wayne. Kim Hartman did this great photo of me for our poster:



But now, back to weddings! Today is Mindy and Toby's wedding in Auburn, IN. Check back later for highlights!

Michael -- Class of 2009

The timing was great for Michael's high school senior portraits this week -- the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory (one of my favorite Fort Wayne locations for portraits) has an exhibit based on four rooms from the "Clue" board game. We were able to get a lot of variety in one place. The exhibit will be up until April 12.

Lindsey and Chad

Lindsey and Chad recently moved from Alaska, so it was fitting that we all braved the cold and snow for an engagement portrait shoot in and around their new hometown -- historic Marshall, Michigan. The folks at Shuler's Restaurant and Pub graciously allowed us to shoot a few images in their lobby.

PS: Thanks to Lindsey and Chad for the coat hanger, which allowed me to get my car door open after locking my keys inside (blush). I owe you guys!

Amy and Jason -- Wedding Album

Amy and Jason recently selected their favorite 50 images (from among several hundred), and I've arranged them in a layout which will be produced as a leather-bound coffee table book. The layout is here:
